Room is spacious and clean. Breakfast variety is good. Getting to the room is confusing at the start (lift at hidden area, need to go up, walk across the bridge and take another lift to go up again), LG and level 3 is the same. 2 restaurants on site where the food is quite good. Not walkable to anywhere, quite convenient using grab each time though.

The hotel lobby is huge with a bakery and a lounge. The swimming pool is good for children as it has a slide. From the hotel lobby to the rooms is quite a distance as you need to take a lift and walk across to another building and may require you to take another lift if your room is not on the same floor to the connector bridge. Breakfast spread is good but some food gets cold fast. Need to improve on the nasi goreng as it is tasteless.

Batu has been one of my favorite destinations in Indonesia and this is mainly thanks to this hotel. The place was magnificent, the breakfast incredible but more than that all the staff were super nice and welcoming the servers, the cooks, the security, the room staff and the reception staff!!! Pertama kali inep disini.. semuanya oke sih.. cm playgroundnya alangkah lebih baiknya di pel tiap hari ya.. dan mainan prosotan dan rmh2nya di lap juga.. karena anak saya tadi main kotor semua sih..kaki nya smpk hitam semua🙈🙈 smpk balik kamar lgsg ta mandika semuanya🙈 trus bs lbh bgus dikasih mainan lainnya atau ga sperti mandi bola dll.. banyak kursi2 sama meja anak2nya tp g disediain gmbr2 atau pinsil warna gtu.. itu aja Sih..lainnya oke smua.. breakfast juga enak..pelayanan jg baik smua. Thankyouuu Golden tulip🥳👌

Fasilitas yang disediakan pun sangat lengkap, mulai dari kolam renang yang menyegarkan, restoran dengan menu yang lezat, hingga berbagai aktivitas yang bisa dinikmati oleh semua anggota keluarga. Lokasi hotel yang strategis memudahkan akses ke tempat-tempat wisata terkenal di Batu, seperti Jatim Park 2, 3 dan Batu night spectakular, sehingga liburan keluarga menjadi lebih seru dan praktis. 広くて清潔で快適な部屋。ミニバーが機能していないことを指摘すると比較的早く~15分、サポートが交換を持ってきてくれた。晝間にサウナを使おうとすると、係のものが休憩中で使えないのが不便だった。立地は最高。食事はとっていないので不明。
